前臺友好且主動免費給我們升級了一樓的房間，因為沒有電梯拿大行李吃力。房間乾凈很寬敞。酒店比較老舊一點。距離市中心大約走路10分鐘。

房間很乾凈，窗外就是海，燈塔。碼頭。地理位置優越。房間送的兩瓶水是紙包裝，顯得很特別。酒店距離搖籃山大學1.5小時車程。唯一美中不足的是早餐品種太少，沒得選！

Great value for the size of the room. We stay in their family room. Hot water and cold water was playing up. But overall it was a good stay. Close by to a lot of dining place. Park is within walking distance.

I arrived 20 min past 8pm and expected reception closed at 8pm. The lovely lady in reception not only made me feel welcome. She also upgraded me to a spa room....
Im guessing she saw how tired I was .
It was really appreciated not only the lovely spa room upgrade but also her wonderful service.

是有點年代的老酒店，停車很方便，但是沒有電梯。住了兩天，分別在不同的房間，第一天的房間，浴室地漏有點故障，漏水很慢。其他都還好。前臺服務好評，非常熱心！

酒店有點年代，沒有電梯 我們定的房間面積很大 感覺是在三樓的閣樓。體驗還是不錯的。

Ctrip or the hotel didn't advise there were keys left in a Safe and the entrance is thru the back door in the car park. This hotel has 2 buildings we were located in the cables building. If you arrive after hours make sure you read the letter, to save lugging your luggage up the stairs since the main building has no lift. Make sure you ask for the room to be cleaned we asked a number of times stated 6 days cleaned once. Wifi is good. Would I stay again probnot.
